Winter love bowl

This bowl will bring light to a cold winter day. Packed with C vitamins and nutrition. Super easy and fast to make. Make it as a meal or split it for a nice snack.

For the recipe 1-2 ppl

•4 frozen bananas

•3 bananas

•2 persimmon

•1 dl buckthorn or 2 tbs dried buckthorn powder

•1 dl coconut water

Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend smooth. Poor into 1 or 2 bowls and ad the toppings down below.

Topped with

Homemade granola or your favorite one

•1 kiwi

•1 persimmon,

•2 slices of apple

•Drizzle dome lovely green spirulina sauce with probiotics (recipe down below)

Spirulina sauce

•2 banana

•2 dates

•1/2 tbs spirulina

•1 capsule probiotics

Blend all together in a high speed pleader. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Ready to eat, enjoy with love and gratitude.

For the smoothie


  • 400g frozen caja Berry 
  • 8 Ripe bananas 
  • 400g frozen mango
  • 2 tsp guarana powder (optional)
  • Lots of love 

Peal the bananas and put in a blender and blend to a sauce, ad all the rest of the ingredients and blend smooth.

Scoop in to 4 bowls and top with

  • 1 apple cut in peaces
  • 1 orange cut in peaces 
  • coconut flakes
  • pumkinseeds 
  • freeze dried strawberries and blueberries
  • Dried nettle powder
  • Some raw chocolate covered mulberries 

Ready to enjoy with a lot of love and gratitude.

Green chia pudding with purple sauce

Breakfast, Lunch, snack or picnic, this is perfect for all of those moments. Creamy, filling and packed with nutrients.

We love chia seeds and use them all the time. Chia seeds are mini powerhouses packing more calcium than milk, more antioxidants than blueberries and more Omega-3 than Salmon.

  Lovely green/ purple chiapudding

2 ppl

Chia seed pudding

  •  5 dl oat milk
  •  6 tbs #chiaseeds
  •  2 tbs Green Superfood powder

But the oat milk inte a Bowl and Whisk in chia seeds and green powder. Whisk for about 5 minutes and the put it in te fridge overnight or at least 5 hours

Purple thick creamy apple sauce smoothie 

  • 1 kg of apples 
  • 1dl coconut water with lemon flavor or normal coconut water with 1tbs lemon juice
  •  1-2 tbsp Acai powder
  •  2 frozen bananas

Cut the apples in to smaller peaces, ad all the ingredients for the sauce in a high speed blender and blend it to a smooth sauce.

Take out the chia pudding from the fridge and layered it with the creamy apple sauce smoothie in 2 large beautiful glasses/ mason jars 

Toppe the gorgeous creation with chlorella crispies or granola
