For the recipe 1-2 ppl
•4 frozen bananas
•1 dl buckthorn or 2 tbs dried buckthorn powder
•1 dl coconut water
Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend smooth. Poor into 1 or 2 bowls and ad the toppings down below.
Homemade granola or your favorite one
•2 slices of apple
•Drizzle dome lovely green spirulina sauce with probiotics (recipe down below)
•1/2 tbs spirulina
•1 capsule probiotics
Blend all together in a high speed pleader. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Ready to eat, enjoy with love and gratitude.

For the smoothie
- 400g frozen caja Berry
- 8 Ripe bananas
- 400g frozen mango
- 2 tsp guarana powder (optional)
- Lots of love
Peal the bananas and put in a blender and blend to a sauce, ad all the rest of the ingredients and blend smooth.
Scoop in to 4 bowls and top with
- 1 apple cut in peaces
- 1 orange cut in peaces
- coconut flakes
- freeze dried strawberries and blueberries
- Dried nettle powder
- Some raw chocolate covered mulberries
Ready to enjoy with a lot of love and gratitude.
