Tropical Pink oatmeal porridge!

What a beautiful vibrant pink color, this porridge is healthy, nutritious and super yummy.

Oatmeal porridge don’t have to be boring, just by adding some pink touch to it you give new life to it and make it super appealing.

Your kids will love this and it’s super good for them.

It’s a super easy recipe that only have 5 ingredients. Super quick to make and give you a nutritious meal in no time.

Tropical pink oatmeal porridge

For 2 ppl

3 dl oatmeal

6 dl water

5 bananas

2 tbs chia seeds

1 pink dragonfruit (or 2tbs dried)

Put the oatmeal, water and chia seeds in to a pot and stir while bringing it to a boil. Put the pealed bananas on a plate and mash with a fork. Cut 2/3 of pink dragonfruit into small chunks and add that and the mashed up bananas to the pot.

Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Put in to bowls and top with dragonfruit and shredded coconut.

Ready to enjoy

Tips!If you are in a hurry in the morning. Put all the ingredients in to a pot and stir well. Put in the fridge and then in the morning take it out and cook it for 2 minutes
