Winter love bowl

This bowl will bring light to a cold winter day. Packed with C vitamins and nutrition. Super easy and fast to make. Make it as a meal or split it for a nice snack.

For the recipe 1-2 ppl

•4 frozen bananas

•3 bananas

•2 persimmon

•1 dl buckthorn or 2 tbs dried buckthorn powder

•1 dl coconut water

Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend smooth. Poor into 1 or 2 bowls and ad the toppings down below.

Topped with

Homemade granola or your favorite one

•1 kiwi

•1 persimmon,

•2 slices of apple

•Drizzle dome lovely green spirulina sauce with probiotics (recipe down below)

Spirulina sauce

•2 banana

•2 dates

•1/2 tbs spirulina

•1 capsule probiotics

Blend all together in a high speed pleader. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Ready to eat, enjoy with love and gratitude.
