Kantarell stowage with gnocchi and spinach!

This recipe is super simple, nutritious and quick to do. Only takes 10 minutes and the food is on the table.

A perfect healthy recipe for those days you don’t have a lot of time to stand in the kitchen. 
Kantarell stowage with gnocchi and spinach!
For 4 ppl

  • Two 500g packages of gnocchi
  • 2 cloves of garlick
  • 1 onion
  • 2,5 dl oat cream
  • 2 dl oat milk
  • 400g fresh spinach
  • 4 dl frozen or fresh pees
  • 1 box of beatroot sprouts
  • 1 box garlic sprouts
  • 400g kantarells
  • 2dl frozen spinach

Peal the onion and garlic, cut the onion in small peaces.

cook the kantarells with pressed garlic and the onion peaces in a pan untill the liquid that comes from the kantarells is goon.

Ad the frozen spinach, oatcream and oat milk plus spices into the kantarell mixture and let it cook for a wile.

In mean time boil the gnocchi for 1 minute or as it says on the package, drain and ad to the mushroom mixture to it.

Mix it quick so the gnocchi gets covered in the kantarell stowage.

Serve it with fresh spinach, garlic sprouts, beetroot sprouts and pees.
Enjoye it like it is or serve it with homemade sourdough bread and mashed avocado.
